Orders and shipping

Cards are written to the Google listing you confirm at checkout and ship within 2–4 business days. Check the listing preview carefully; we can re-point cards for free after delivery.

Returns

Defective cards are replaced at no cost. Because cards are programmed for your business, unprogrammed returns are not accepted unless the order has not shipped.

Reviews

Cards link customers to your public Google review form. You are responsible for following Google’s review policies, including not offering incentives for reviews and not discouraging negative reviews.

Links and service

Each card routes through a GPromote link. We keep the link service running so your cards keep working; if we ever discontinue it we will give at least 90 days’ notice.

Resellers

Reseller commissions are paid monthly on attributed, paid, non-refunded orders under the terms in your reseller agreement.
