Orders and shipping
Cards are programmed to the Google listing you confirm at checkout and ship within 2–4 business days. Check the listing preview carefully before you pay: each card is locked to the business you choose.
Returns
Defective cards are replaced at no cost. Because every card is programmed for a specific business, we can't accept returns of programmed cards unless the order hasn't shipped.
Reviews
Cards link customers to your public Google review form. You are responsible for following Google's review policies, which prohibit paying or offering incentives for reviews and prohibit discouraging or filtering negative ones.
The link service
Each card routes through a GPromote link so we can show you tap statistics. We keep that service running so your cards keep working. If we ever discontinue it we will give at least 90 days' notice.
Volume discounts
Discounts apply automatically based on the total number of cards in a single order. They cannot be combined with a coupon code; whichever is larger is applied.
