Card not opening?

Most phones read the card when you hold the top edge of the phone flat against it for about a second.

1. Unlock the phone. iPhones read NFC from the lock screen, most Android phones need to be unlocked.
2. On Android, make sure NFC is on: Settings › Connections (or Connected devices) › NFC.
3. Hold the card against the top third of the back of the phone. Thick cases and metal plates can block it.
4. Still nothing? Try another phone. Very old phones don’t have NFC, and the card has nothing else printed on it by design.

Business owner? If a card was disabled or isn’t linked yet, sign in to your dashboard to check it. You can also download a QR code there to print next to the card.
