Built for

Any business where a customer stands in front of you.

If they pay at a counter, sit in a chair or pick up a car, they are holding a phone.

  • Restaurants
  • Cafés
  • Hair & beauty
  • Auto & repair
  • Dentists & clinics
  • Gyms & studios
  • Hotels & stays
  • Trades & home services

A review takes three seconds, and nobody needs instructions.

Here is what happens.

They tap

Your customer holds their phone flat against the card for about a second. iPhones read it straight from the lock screen; Android needs the phone unlocked.

No app, no camera, no Wi-Fi.

Your form opens

A notification slides up and opens your Google review form, already pointed at your business. They pick a star rating and write as much or as little as they want.

Straight to your listing, never a search page.

You see it happen

Every tap reaches your dashboard within seconds: which card, what time of day, iPhone or Android, and roughly where from.

Compare the counter card against the one by the door.

A Google review link tells you nothing. Ours tells you plenty.

Which spot is working

Name each card — front counter, table 6, the door — and see the taps split by name. Move the ones nobody touches.

When people are willing

Taps by hour and day of the week. Most places find one shift produces nearly all of their reviews.

Whether it moved the needle

We record your Google review count the day you set up, then check it every night, and show you the difference.

Why it matters

Three results sit above the map. Reviews help decide which three.

Google puts three businesses above the map. Relevance, distance and prominence decide which three, and your review count is the part of prominence you can move.

GPromote Reviews: hear the bad ones before Google does.

Your cards open your own review page instead: your business name and five stars. What happens next depends on the star they pick.

Four or five stars

Straight on to your Google review form, exactly as the card does today. Add your Yelp page and they can choose; add your Instagram and they are asked to follow.

Three or fewer

A short private note to you instead, in your dashboard with the rating and comment.

Questions people actually ask

Not here? Ask us. One of us answers every message.

Does my customer need an app?

No. Every iPhone since the XR and almost every Android made in the last decade reads these cards with nothing installed. An iPhone reads it from the lock screen. Android usually wants the phone unlocked first.

What if their phone will not read it?

Hold the top edge of an iPhone, or the middle of most Androids, flat against the card for about a second. Thick cases and metal plates block it. Every card also has a QR code you can print alongside, and the link works if you text it to someone.

Do I have to set anything up?

No. Tell us your Google listing when you order and the card arrives already pointed at your review form. Take it out of the envelope, put it on the counter, done.

Can I change which listing it points at?

Yes, from your dashboard, and the cards you already have follow along. Nothing is reprinted. That covers a rename, a move, or a wrong listing picked by mistake.

Is this against Google's rules?

Making it easier to leave a review is fine. Paying for reviews, writing them yourself, or hiding unhappy customers from the public form is not, and the card does none of that. It removes the friction for people who already meant to say something.

What can I actually see?

Taps per day, which card was tapped, the time of day, phone type and rough city, plus your Google review count tracked from the day you set up. We never record who the person is, and IP addresses are hashed and discarded once the city is worked out.

How is this different from a QR code sticker?

A QR code needs the customer to open a camera and aim it. A tap needs them to hold the phone still. You also get the tracking, which a printed Google link cannot give you at all.

What is the $19.99 a month plan?

Optional, and separate from the card. It sends people to your own review page first. Four and five stars carry straight on to Google, or to Yelp if you add your Yelp page, and can be asked to follow you on Instagram. Three or fewer get a private form so you hear about it before anyone else does. You can ask every reviewer for a name and email, which is logged with their rating and exports as a spreadsheet. Turn it on years after buying, cancel in one click.

How long does delivery take?

We program and post within two to four working days. Standard post is three to six days on top and free from three cards. Priority and express are there if you need them sooner, and you get a tracking link the moment it ships.

Do the cards expire or need charging?

Neither. There is no battery and no subscription attached to the card itself. It works for as long as the chip survives, which in normal counter use is years.
