Everything you get

A card is the start. The dashboard is the point.

Most review cards are a sticker with a link. Ours comes with a place to see every tap, a filter that catches the bad ones first, and people who answer the phone. Here is all of it, in order.

The card

Programmed to your listing before it ships. Nothing for you to set up.

Tell us your business when you order. The card arrives already pointed at your Google review form. A customer holds their phone against it for a second and the form opens on their screen, on your listing, with nothing to search for and nothing to type.

Any modern phone

iPhone reads it from the lock screen. Android needs the phone unlocked. No app on either.

Locked to your business

Written once and locked, so nobody with a phone can point your card somewhere else.

Fixable without reprinting

Renamed, moved, wrong listing picked? We re-point it from our side and every card follows.

Analytics

A Google link tells you nothing. The card tells you plenty.

The card does not point straight at Google. It passes through a GPromote link in a fraction of a second, and that one hop is what turns a piece of plastic into something you can measure.

Every tap, in seconds

Which card, what time of day, iPhone or Android, and roughly where from. Nothing about who the person is.

Which spot works

Name each card, front counter or table six, and see the taps split by name. Move the one nobody touches.

Whether it moved the needle

We record your Google review count the day you start, then check it every night, and show you the difference.

The review filter · $19.99 a month, optional

Hear the bad ones before Google does.

Switch it on and your cards stop opening Google directly. They open your own review page instead: your business name and five stars. What happens next depends on the star they pick.

Four or five stars

Straight on to your Google review form, exactly as the card does without the plan. Switch on Yelp and they choose between the two; switch on Instagram and they are asked to follow you.

Three or fewer

A short private note that comes to you, with the rating and what went wrong. It never touches your public listing.

One 1-star review on a listing of forty 5-stars takes you from 5.0 to 4.9, and it is the first thing the next customer reads. The filter is how you hear about it first, fix it, and often turn the same person into a five-star review a week later.

Yelp, found for you

One button finds your Yelp page from your Google listing. Turn it on and a happy customer picks Google or Yelp; both open the review form directly.

Instagram, one tap away

Add your handle and every happy customer, and everyone who leaves private feedback, is offered a Follow us on Instagram link.

Google’s rules do not allow blocking anyone from posting, and the filter does not. You choose whether the private step also shows a link to Google. It asks first; it never prevents.

Names and emails

Know who left the rating.

With one switch, the review page asks every reviewer for a name and email, whatever the star. Both are optional and both sit right under the stars, so a happy customer fills them in and is on Google in one step.

Thank the good ones

A five-star review with a name and email is someone you can thank, and someone who comes back.

Fix the bad ones

A two-star with a name, an email and a reason is a phone call, not a public argument.

Build a list

Every rating with a contact is a customer you can reach again. Export it whenever you like.

Export

Everything you collect is yours, as a spreadsheet.

One button on your business page downloads every rating: date, stars, name, email, the reason where it stayed private, and whether it went on to Google. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets, or hand it to whoever does your marketing.

Try it first

Your first month of the filter, free, when you ask.

Buy the cards and ask us for a free month. We put the offer on your business page; you press Start your free month and enter a card, and the filter runs for 30 days at no charge. After that it carries on at $19.99 a month, or you cancel before the month is up and pay nothing. The card is how Stripe knows who to bill later, which is why we ask for it up front.

Real people

A phone number, and a person who answers it.
